<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat safely without bumping even in an airtight container containing food and drink which is sealed through general hermetic sealing. <P>SOLUTION: In the airtight food container 3, an upper opening portion of a container 1 is sealed by an airtight sheet 2 while a liquid food 5 is stored in the container 1. A protrusion 6 is provided that allows its tip to pierce the airtight sheet 2 and also allows its tip to be immersed in the liquid food 5 stored in the container by piercing the airtight sheet 2 with its tip. The protrusion 6 is provided with a gas holding portion 7, a communicating port 8 that is provided in the liquid food 5 to communicate a gas holding space inside the gas holding portion 7 with the liquid food 5 while the tip of the protrusion 6 is immersed in the liquid food 5, and a degassing portion 9 that communicates a space inside the airtight container and an outside space communicate with each other while the protrusion 6 is pierced into the airtight sheet 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
