<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for collecting animal biological information, capable of being operated with low power consumption without increasing a possibility of missing biological information. <P>SOLUTION: The device for collecting animal biological information includes: a counting part 1 for measuring the number of times of motions representing biological information of an animal; a number storing part 21 for storing the accumulated number of times of motions as the value of the accumulated number of times of motions measured by the counting part 1; a communication part 3 for transmitting the accumulated number of times of motions via radio communication; a computation storing part 22 for storing the latest number of times of motions as the accumulated number of times of motions transmitted by the communication part 3, and an omission reference value which is a reference to determine whether regular transmission should be omitted or not; and a computing part 4 for obtaining the accumulated number of times of motions stored in the number storing part 21 with a preset period of transmission, and transmitting a command to the communication part 3 to transmit the accumulated number of times of motions if the difference between the accumulated number of times of motions and the latest transmitted number of times of motions is the omission reference value or more, or omitting the transmission if the difference between the accumulated number of times of motions and the latest transmitted number of times of motions is less than the omission reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
