A method for anesthetizing the patients with trauma comprises the use of narcotic agents. The regional blockade is provided supplemented with non-narcotic analgesic, antihistamine agent, enzyme inhibitor, and antioxidant followed by opioid or narcotic analgesic, when required, until the recovery of spontaneous breathing and microcirculation. |
