<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth starting of a vehicle when starting, in the vehicle in which a transmission is a manual transmission. <P>SOLUTION: When starting the vehicle, an accelerator pedal 2 is stepped in the state of opening a clutch 102, and when an accelerator opening reaches a predetermined accelerator opening threshold or larger for providing an engine speed required when starting the vehicle, a stepping force of the accelerator pedal 2 is increased by a predetermined quantity more than a base stepping force. Thus, a driver can easily hold the accelerator pedal 2 constant by the accelerator opening for providing the engine speed required when starting when starting the vehicle, can smoothly fasten the clutch 102 at its turn, and can easily perform the smooth start of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
