PURPOSE: A gene expression regulatory sequence and recombinant adenovirus are provided to be used as a non-invasive molecular imaging device. CONSTITUTION: A gene expression regulatory sequence contains: AFP(alpha-feto protein) promoter sequence, enhancer A sequence containing sequence number 1, and enhancer B sequence of sequence number 2. The gene expression regulatory sequence additionally contains HRE(hypoxia-response element) domain sequence. The gene expression regulatory sequence contains the HRE sequence, enhancer A sequence, enhancer B sequence, and AFP promoter sequence at 5' to 3'.
