<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any defective or incapable opening/closing operation when opening/closing a waste gate valve 4 in an exhaust turbocharger 1 by an actuator 5 of the pressure operation type. <P>SOLUTION: A valve mechanism 18 which is opened when a pressure acting body 10 to a pressure chamber is operated to open the waste gate valve is provided on the actuator 5.
