<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which, to various symptoms of pollinosis, further more people can surely realize pollinosis preventive effects by ingesting before symptom appearance and pollinosis symptom improving effects by ingesting after appearance of various symptoms of the pollinosis. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a preventive or therapeutic agent for pollinosis, containing a reductive coenzyme Q10 as an active ingredient.
