<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in a charge potential by an MHCD charging device. <P>SOLUTION: A charging device 200 includes a first intermediate layer 202 made of a sintered body of alumina to which titanium oxide is added or a sintered body of zirconia to which iron oxide or zinc oxide is added, a second intermediate layer 203 for preventing electrical conduction provided on one surface of the first intermediate layer 202, a first electrode 201 provided on a surface of the first intermediate layer 202 on the opposite side from the second intermediate layer 203, a second electrode 204 provided on a surface of the second intermediate layer 203 on the opposite side from the first intermediate layer 202, and a hole 205 penetrating the second electrode 204 and the second intermediate layer 203. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
