PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a foamed resin container, in which a strength necessary part is integrally molded by lowering the expansion ratio thereof compared to that of other part, efficiently in a balanced manner as a whole.
SOLUTION: Two kinds of foaming resin particles moldable with different expansion ratios are used. When they are filled in a cavity of a molding die, the foaming resin particle a1 on the low expansion ratio side is sucked and retained in a prescribed part equivalent to the strength necessary part in the cavity 25, and then, the foaming resin particle a2 on the high expansion ratio side is filled in the other part. In this state, steam is blown for performing heat foam molding, thereby integrally molding the container in which the expansion ratio of the entire thickness of the strength necessary part is lower than that of the other part.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
