<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilation device capable of suppressing a period of ventilation stop to the minimum as much as possible when taking in frost and highly humid outside air. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchange ventilation device determines the presence of mist in response to humidity detected by an outdoor humidity sensor 5, performs intermittent operation control to an air blower for air supply when detecting the generation of mist, determines an operation ratio in the intermittent operation control based on the time after detection of the generation of mist, the humidity detected by the outdoor humidity sensor 5 and an indoor humidity sensor 7, or the temperature detected by an outdoor temperature sensor 6 and an indoor temperature sensor 8, and makes switching between heat exchange ventilation and normal ventilation in such a way that heat exchange ventilation is adopted without fail when performing intermittent operation control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
