PURPOSE: A backup board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve adhesive properties by simultaneously attaching paper sheets on both sides of a core material using a heating press roller. CONSTITUTION: An auto supplier(10) consecutively supplies core materials at the regular intervals. The core material is transferred to a cleaning unit(12) through a roller conveyor(11). The core material is preheated in a preheating unit(14) including a heating roller. Hardener is spread on the upper side and the bottom side of the core material by using a roller. The core material is dehydrated in a drying furnace(16). Adhesive is spread on the surface of the hardener.
