OUTPUT CIRCUIT, SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a distortion of signal waveform.

SOLUTION: A first transistor T1 turns on/off in response to a signal S3, and the transistor T1 turned on pulls down a transmission path 27 connected to an external terminal P2. A capacitor C1 AC-coupling a gate of the transistor T1 and the external terminal P2 causes the level of the transmission path 27 to fall at a slope depending on a capacitance value of the capacitor C1. A pull-down circuit 44 pulls down a gate voltage of the transistor T1 in accordance with a potential at the external terminal P2.
