<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail wrong delivery preventing device having improved versatility, safety, and convenience. <P>SOLUTION: The mail wrong delivery preventing device includes: means for transmitting an approval request mail to an approver; means for receiving a request reply mail assumed to correspond to the approval request mail; and means for approving the delivery of the mail in question, when the request reply mail satisfies predetermined conditions. The approval request mail includes an approval keyword.
