<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent reaction detector capable of stably detecting a microorganism or a virus included in a sample with high detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescent reaction detector 1 comprises a light source 2, an excitation filter, a mirror 43, a camera 4, and a computer 5. The excitation filter allows a plurality of kinds of excitation light X, different from one another in at least one of a wavelength and intensity, to simultaneously pass therethrough from the light source 2 to the mirror 43. The camera 4 captures a surface of a sample 8 irradiated with the excitation light X as a digital image. An image analysis part 52 for analyzing the digital image is constructed in the computer 5. The image analysis part 52 detects a specific fluorescent reaction in which a microorganism or a virus included in the sample 8 emits fluorescence when simultaneously irradiated with the plurality of kinds of excitation light X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
