<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for properly selecting a service provider when receiving some service offer. <P>SOLUTION: A service user 9 designates one or more persons from whom the service user 9 does not want to receive a service through a computer terminal 1 or a portable terminal 2 to make a reservation or register reception information. The service user 9 also registers evaluation information after receiving a service through the computer terminal 1 or the portable terminal 2. A reservation and reception management server 4 has a reservation and reception data DB 5 and an evaluation data DB 6 to store reservation and reception data, and evaluation data in the DBs. The reservation and reception management server 4 selects a service provider group considered so as to be able to enhance the satisfaction of the service user 9.
