<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint that secures sufficient strength and durability, even in a resin holder. <P>SOLUTION: The ball joint 1 includes: a spherical ball part 2 disposed at a tip of a link rod 10; and a resin holder 3 having a spherical recess part 3A with an opening part 3a in which the ball part 2 is inserted. The ball part 2 is slidably mounted on the spherical recess part 3A of the holder 3 to rotatably link the link rod 10 with a link plate 20. A cylindrical elastic arm part 3B bent at a bent part 3b to the side opposite the open side of the opening part 3a and extended from the opening part 3a of the spherical recess part 3A of the holder 3, is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the spherical recess part 3A. A fitting groove (fixing part) 3c to the link plate 10 is formed in the elastic arm part 3B. A gap δ is formed between an outer peripheral face of the spherical recess part 3A and an inner peripheral face of the elastic arm part 3B, to allow deflection of the spherical recess part 3A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
