<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced soil wall construction method that can facilitate conveyance by reducing the weight of a wall surface material and that can reduce construction costs by shortening a back gauge of a retaining wall. <P>SOLUTION: In a reinforced soil wall construction method, a retaining wall 1 is formed by stacking wall surface materials 3, and a soil wall 2 is reinforced with the retaining wall 1. The wall surface material 3 comprises a geo-cell 3 that is formed in such a manner that a plurality of approximately strip-like strip members 5 are joined at each predetermined interval and that can form a sediment restraining section 7 for restraining sediment by separating unjoined regions of the strip members 5 from each other. A front side of a geo-grid 4 formed of a sheet member assuming an approximate grid pattern is sandwiched between the stacked geo-cells 3, and a rear side of the geo-grid 4 is buried in fill 9 to form the retaining wall 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
