<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical data processor capable of certainly removing a noise component becoming a hindrance when improving visibility by applying median filter processing such that the visibility of an image is not impaired. <P>SOLUTION: In conversion operation of pixels, pixel values in pixels of processing targets and pixels around the pixels are compared to obtain order of the pixel values of the target pixels, and the conversion operation is performed or is not performed according to the order. Thus, data processing is not performed about all the pixels.
