<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix hydrogen as liquid ammonia and to produce a chemical using the fixed hydrogen advantageous in transportation and storage. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical can be produced by reducing an inorganic compound and/or an organic compound using hydrogen produced by reforming ammonia using a catalyst. The chemical can be efficiently produced by using a heat exchanging type or an ATR (Auto Thermal Reformer) type reactor and using a reactor exit gas for preheating of an entrance gas by heat exchange upon reformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
