NOZZLE ESTABLISHMENT METHOD IN THE SHIP

PURPOSE: A method for installing a front nozzle of a ship propeller is provided to complete a nozzle without fault and to quickly and accurately couple the nozzle with a stern block. CONSTITUTION: A method for installing a front nozzle of a ship propeller is as follows. A stern block(20) is arranged in a state where an opening of a pipe shaped part(21) in which a propeller is arranged faces upward. A nozzle integrated with multiple pins and a reinforcing plate is arranged in the upper part of ship blocks. The nozzle is placed on the top of the stern block to engage the reinforcing plate and the pins at a relevant position of the stern block. The reinforcing plate and the pins are coupled to the stern block.
