PURPOSE: A soundproof wall using a height-adjustable soundproof membrane is provided to safely protect soundproof facilities by adjusting the height of a soundproof membrane depending on a wind load. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall using a height-adjustable soundproof membrane comprises multiple membrane columns(10), a horizontal wire(20), vertical wires(30), sliders(40), a soundproof membrane(50), and a drive unit. The membrane columns are installed along concrete foundations(1). The horizontal wire is installed on the top of the membrane columns to be horizontally tensioned. The vertical wires are installed between the membrane columns to be separated from each other. One ends of the vertical wires are connected to the concrete foundations, and the other ends are connected to the horizontal wire. The sliders are selectively installed on the membrane columns and are slid along the longitudinal direction of the membrane columns. The bottom of the soundproof membrane is fixed to the concrete foundations, and the top is connected to the slider. The drive unit slides the sliders to adjust the height of the soundproof membrane.
