METHODS FOR MEASURING PRODUCTION DATA AND WORKING PROGRESS OF ASSEMBLY BLOCKS IN SHIPBUILDING

<p>PURPOSE: A method for measuring production data and working progress of assembly blocks in shipbuilding is provided to predict work progress and work time, thereby a quick process with sailor management according to work progress. CONSTITUTION: An operating server receives working position information and assembly block information through an RFID reader and an RFID tag. The operating server receives work progress information recorded in a portable terminal. The operating server stores the information received. The operating server calculates present condition of a process and work time based on the information stored. The operating server calculates record calculation and next planning work. The operating server stores the information calculated.
