PURPOSE: A method for generating a heat protection factor is provided to generate a heat protection factor, thereby objectively evaluating an effect of a cosmetic product including heat protection materials. CONSTITUTION: A first area spread with heat protection materials and a second area which is no the heat protection materials are heated respectively(S1). Saturation temperature of the first area is measured(S3). The saturation temperature of the second area is measured. An energy corresponding to heat heated in the first area is divided into the saturation temperature of the first area for calculating a first energy(S5). The energy corresponding to heat heated in the second area is divided into the saturation temperature of the second area for calculating a second energy. A heat protection factor of the heat protection materials is calculated by dividing the first energy into the second energy(S6).
