PURPOSE: A non-lubricated CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) compressor is provided to minimize friction force by positioning a super precisely-machined metal liner between a cylinder and a piston. CONSTITUTION: A non-lubricated CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) compressor(100) comprises cylinders(20,30), a piston, and a metal liner. The metal liner is formed in the cylinder, and the piston contacts with an inner surface of the metal liner. A cylinder support unit(40) comprises a cross bar(42), posts(43), height control tools(44), a bracket(46), and a stopper(48). The cross bar is connected to an upper fixing piece(45) of a crank case(10), and installed in an upper part of the cylinder in an axial direction. The post props up the outer end of the cross bar. The height control tools fit the center of the cylinder into the crank case. The bracket is attached to the upper part of the cylinder, and slid onto the cross bar. The stopper fixes the position of the cylinder. |
