PURPOSE: A radio caption broadcast system and a method thereof are provided to produce caption data for a voice of a radio broadcast in real time. CONSTITUTION: A radio broadcast receiving unit(110) receives a radio broadcast. An encoding unit(120) generates voice data by encoding a voice of the radio broadcast. A caption producing unit(130) generates caption data of the radio broadcast. An Internet broadcast server(140) provides the voice data and the caption data to the Internet in real time.
