Secondary Battery of Improved Sealing Property and Process for Preparation of the Same

PURPOSE: A secondary battery and a process for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress moisture and air from being penetrated from a battery case or internal electrolyte from being vaporized to outside. CONSTITUTION: An electrode assembly(120) of an anode/separation film/cathode structure is sealed in the pouched type battery case(110). A sealing part(116) is formed by welding a mutual contact part of the outer circumference of the battery case using amaterial(sealing AID) improving sealability in the state where the electrode assembly is built in. The sealing AID is applied to cover a boundary portion of an upper case(112) and a lower case(114).
