摘要 <p>Device for automatically purging a pressurized gas tank comprising a discharge valve (5) having an upstream end intended to be placed in communication with a reserve of pressurized gas in a container (1) and a downstream end intended to be placed in communication with a gas discharge zone, the said purge valve (5) being movable between a "closed" state that blocks off the passage of gas between the upstream and downstream ends, and an "open" state that allows gas to pass between the upstream and downstream ends, the device comprising a reserve volume (2, 3) that stores a reagent (4) at a set pressure. The pressure of the reagent (4) in the reserve volume (2, 3) being temperature sensitive, particularly under fire conditions, the the said reserve volume (2, 3) being connected to the purge valve (5) in order selectively to cause the said purge valve (5) to move from its "closed" state into its "open" state when the reagent (4) experiences a set variation in pressure, characterized in that the purge valve (5) comprises a pressure-sensitive inlet connected to the reserve volume (4), the the said inlet selectively causing the purge valve (5) to be actuated from its closed state into its open state in response to a set increase in pressure in the reserve volume (4).</p>
