<p>The pump has a coupling device arranged between an outer race (9'') and a transmission shaft (4) to connect/disconnect the race and the shaft based on predefined parameters e.g. water temperature. The device has a rotating case (11) with magnetic elements (12, 13) i.e. permanent magnets, integrated to the shaft and the race, respectively. Displacement units constituted of a ductile element (16) made of steel, a return spring (17), a stop, a control flange (14) and rotational edges (15), for displacing the elements (12, 13) to bring closer or move away from one another, based on the parameters.</p> |
