<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular periphery monitoring device which reduces botheration inflicted on a driver or the like by display of a detection frame, in a vehicular periphery monitoring device notifying a driver or the like about presence of a mobile object by a detection frame of the mobile object displayed on a display part. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile object detection part 52 determines a traveling track of a mobile object, and a display processing part 56 changes over a region for bringing a detection frame into a non-display state in accordance with an extension direction of the determined traveling track. In this way, the detection frame is displayed only when the driver has to be notified about the presence of the mobile object by the detection frame, whereby botheration inflicted on a user by the display of the detection frame can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
