摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency characteristic error correction method for electronic components for performing calibration work in a state of a correction object measurement system being the same as that of the actual measurement for two terminal type impedance parts. <P>SOLUTION: At least three samples for collecting correction data having different high-frequency characteristics are measured with a reference measurement system and an actual measurement system, and a formula for correlating the measurement value measured with the actual measurement system and the measurement value measured with the reference measurement system is determined by using an error correction coefficient of a transmission path.
