LIGHT REFLECTION PLATE

Provided is a light reflection plate capable of uniformly exhibiting excellent optical diffusion properties. A light reflection plate containing 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin, and 20-120 parts by weight of a coated titanium oxide having the titanium oxide surface thereof coated with a coating layer containing aluminum oxide and silicon oxide, wherein: the primary particles of the coated titanium oxide have a particle diameter of 0.10-0.39 µm; the coated titanium oxide contains agglomerate particles having a particle diameter of 0.4 µm or greater and obtained by agglomeration of the primary particles; the number of agglomerate particles in a cross section in the thickness direction of the light reflection plate is 0.1-4.5 particles per 900µm2; and the number of non-agglomerated primary particles in a cross section in the thickness direction of the light reflection plate is 1.5-11.0 particles per 900µm2.
