The present invention provides an implementation method of a menu operation in a mobile terminal and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: the mobile terminal, in response to a slide operation performed by a user on a slide rail, obtaining a slide track corresponding to the slide operation; and the mobile terminal, according to a preset correlation between slide tracks and menu operations, executing a menu operation corresponding to the acquired slide track. By using the technical solution provided in the present invention, the problems in the related art that as menu operations in the mobile terminal are complex, many keys are required and key-pressing operations are rather complicated, which is adverse to the use of a blind user and may easily cause errors when the blind user uses a terminal supporting full voice are solved, so that the blind user can use the mobile terminal more conveniently. |
