COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CONTROL DEVICE, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system having an assurance function of a terminal position and an access control function according to the position.

SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a plurality of nodes transferring packets; a terminal accessing a network by connecting to at least one of the plurality of nodes; and a control device making a node of the plurality of nodes on a transfer path of the packets transmitted by the terminal perform packet transfer, according to a request from a node of the plurality of nodes to which the terminal is connected. The control device includes; means for storing position information of each of the plurality of nodes; means for storing restriction information defining a transmission destination to which transmission can or cannot be performed by a node of the plurality of nodes on which positional restriction of the transmission destination is imposed; and means for determining whether to transfer the packets based on the position information of the node to which the terminal is connected and the restriction information.
