<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for preventing scattering of asbestos, which dispenses with strict masking for a parked vehicle while maintaining the parked state of the parked vehicle in a tower parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: Steps carried out in a construction method for preventing scattering of asbestos include: a step of covering a parked vehicle 3 in a parked vehicle storage space with an automobile cover 20; a charging step of negatively charging a conductive portion of the parked vehicle 3 after the completion of the step of covering the parked vehicle with the automobile cover 20; an asbestos scattering prevention step of spraying a negatively-charged antiscattering agent 7 on the asbestos after the completion of the charging step; a charged-state release step of releasing a charged state of the parked vehicle 3 after the completion of the asbestos scattering prevention step; and a step of removing the automobile cover 20 after the completion of the charged-state release step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
