CHANNEL-OCCUPANCY-STATUS BASED EARLY AVOIDANCE

PURPOSE: A channel-occupancy-state based pre-avoidance method and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce call starting collision in a wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A processor determines whether it needs to reduce the number of call starting requests which arrive from a plurality operating terminals in a wireless communication system. A transmitting unit broadcasts a notifying message from a base station to the terminals. A receiving unit receives the call starting request from one or more terminals.
