<p>PURPOSE: A power headroom report executing method and a communication device thereof are provided to distribute wireless resource and to execute scheduling determination. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(108) executes a program. A storing unit(110) is combined with the CPU. The storing unit stores the program. When a power headroom report corresponding to a first uplink carrier is triggered, the power headroom report corresponding to a second uplink carrier of a plurality of uplink carriers is triggered.</p> |
