PURPOSE: A storage method of salted or fermented food in a tunnel is provided to adjust the temperature inside the tunnel for storing the salted or fermented food in the optimum state. CONSTITUTION: A storage method of salted or fermented food in a tunnel comprises the following: installing a door inside the tunnel by dividing the door into a lower door(51) and an upper door(53); opening the lower door during winder, and opening the upper door during summer; and installing a mesh on the upper and lower doors. The lower and upper doors are opened and closed by sliding or by using a hinge. The salted or fermented food is stored in pottery including a body, a lower cover, an absorption particle, a cover, and a cap.
