PURPOSE: A phosphorescent crop branch binding string capable of repelling harmful animals during night time is provided to apply a phosphorescent function to a conventional crop branch binding string for minimizing the damage on crops. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorescent crop branch binding string is obtained by the following steps: adding phosphorescent pigment powder into a polyethylene resin inserted into a master chip extruder when producing polyethylene resin master chips; inserting the obtained master chips into a yarn producing extruder to obtain yarns(W); and twisting the yarns to obtain the binding string(R). The phosphorescent pigment powder is obtained by crushing a phosphorescent pigment into the average particle size bigger than 500 meshes through air jet milling, secondly crushing the phosphorescent pigment through wet-milling before removing the moisture, and thirdly air-jet milling the phosphorescent pigment before finally drying.
