To provide a novel anthranilamide compound or its salt which is useful as a pesticide; a process for its production; and a pesticide containing such a compound as an active ingredient. An anthranilamide compound represented by the formula (I) or its salt. In the formula, R1 is halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, etc.; each of R2 and R3 which are independent of each other, is halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, etc.; A is alkyl substituted by Y; Y is C3-4 cycloalkyl which may be substituted by at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkyl and haloalkyl; m is from 0 to 4; n is 0 or 1; and q is from 0 to 4.
