A method for automatic control of the milk pasteurizing process in a pasteurizing-cooling unit comprises regulating the pasteurizing temperature and regulating the temperature of cooled milk. Regulation of the temperature of milk pasteurizing is used with the aid of a cascade structure, which compensates a time lag in an intermediate point of the pasteurizing-cooling unit, corrects the preset value of the pasteurizing temperature, providing a non-outcoming of the milk pasteurizing temperature over maximum permissible ranges, provides the autonomy of regulating the temperature of milk cooling from regulating the milk pasteurizing temperature, by means of correcting link. |
