PROCESS FOR PRODUCING LUMINOPHOR BASED ON TERBIUM-YTTRIUMALUMINIUM GARNET ACTIVATED WITH CERIUM IONS

摘要

A process for producing luminophor based on terbium-yttrium aluminium garnet activated with cerium ions involves the preparation of reaction mixture by mixing derived components activated with cerium, calcination thereof in oxidizing medium. The reaction mixture components are dissolved in mineral acid, precipitate of metal oxalates is obtained, this is subjected to calcination.
