<p>PURPOSE:To generate the plural control signals of different timings based on pulse signals. CONSTITUTION:This control signal generator for inputting the pulse signals and outputting the plural control signals of the different timings corresponding to the pulses is provided with a charging/discharging circuit 15 for inputting the pulse signals, plural comparator circuits 11 and 12 for comparing the output of the charging/discharging circuit 15 with respectively different reference voltages and outputting compared results as the control signals and a time constant switching circuit 15 for switching the charging/discharging time constant of the charging/discharging circuit 15 corresponding to the output voltage of the charging/discharging circuit 15.</p> |
