FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to air treatment by volatile substances. Proposed container is made up of thermoformed sheet with recess for volatile substance and bearing part shaped to application requirements and provided with recess. Note here that container bearing part is provided with reinforcing film applied to its one side and jointed thereto. Film deformation temperature exceeds that of thermoformed sheet. Proposed method comprises: hot moulding of plastic sheet to make recess therein to accommodate volatile substance, applying multilayer film to said sheet that includes semipermeable membrane and reinforcing film, soldering said multilayer film to said sheet, making appropriate cutouts in multilayer film, aforesaid sheet and reinforcing film. ^ EFFECT: higher strength and rigidity at high temperatures. ^ 5 cl, 3 dwg |
