摘要 FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for non-contact magnetometric control of pipeline metal condition contains three-channel unit of saturable-core magnetometers, each channel of which contains voltage/current converter and series-connected saturable-core sensor, reinforcer, synchronous detector and integrator, the first outlet of which is connected to inlet of voltage/current converter, outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of saturable-core sensor, unit of actuation of saturable-core sensors including series-connected crystal-controlled oscillator, frequency divider, Schmitt trigger, shaper of linear function, power buffer, outlet of which is connected to the second inlets of saturable-core sensors of each channel of unit of saturable-core magnetometers, the second outlet of frequency divider is connected to the second inlets of synchronous detectors of each channel of unit of saturable-core magnetometers, control unit and indicator, outlets of which are connected to the first and the second inlets of control and processing unit respectively, the third inlet of which is connected to outlet of electronic keys unit, the first, the second and the third inlets of which are connected to the second outlets of integrators of each channel of unit of saturable-core magnetometers, the fourth inlet of electronic keys unit is connected to the first outlet of control and processing unit, unit of determination of axis and depth of pipeline including commutator, the first inlet of which is connected to the second outlet of control and processing unit, the third and fourth outlets of which are connected to the first inlets of unit of step adjustment of amplification and selective amplifier respectively, the first and the second identical induction pickups of magnetic field, outlets of which are connected to inlets of the first and the second preamplifiers, outlets of which are connected to the first and the second inlets of the first differential amplifier respectively, outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of commutator, the third and the fourth inlets of which are connected to outlets of the first and the second preamplifiers respectively, at that induction pickups of magnetic field are rigidly attached to each other and to the unit of saturable-core magnetometre, at that sensitivity axes of induction pickups are opposed and arranged in the plane perpendicular to pipeline axis. At that according to the invention, into unit of determination of axis and depth of pipeline additionally introduced are the third induction pickup of magnetic field identical to the first and the second ones, the third preamplifier, summing amplifier and the second differential amplifier, at that outlet of the third sensor is connected to inlet of the third preamplifier, outlet of which is connected to the first inlets of summing amplifier and the second differential amplifier, the second inlets of which are combined and connected to outlet of the second preamplifier and the fourth inlet of commutator, the fifth and the sixth inlets of which are connected to outlets of the second differential amplifier and summing amplifier respectively, commutator outlet is connected to the second inlet of selective amplifier, which outlet is connected to the second inlet of unit of amplification step adjustment, outlet of which is connected to the fourth inlet of control and processing unit, the fifth inlet of which is connected to outlet of unit of position determination, at that the third induction pickup of magnetic field is rigidly attached to the first and the second induction pickups of magnetic field and is installed along straight line being extension of pipeline radius, at that its sensitivity axis is perpendicular to sensitivity axes of the first and the second induction pickups of magnetic field. ^ EFFECT: increasing efficiency, prompt measurement by means of measurement of all components of pipeline magnetic field, measurement accuracy by means of control of device attitude position and control of axis and depth of pipeline. ^ 1 dwg
