PURPOSE: A soldering wire supplying device is provided to obtain a stable supply of wires because the wires being consecutively supplied is not excessively engaged with a saw-toothed wheel. CONSTITUTION: A soldering wire supplying device(10) comprises a supply reel(12), an actuator(34), a pressing saw-toothed wheel(38), and a finely adjusting member. A soldering wire(14) being moved toward the lower side from the supply reel is continuously supplied toward the lower side while a supporting roller(28) rotates. A notch unit is formed in one side of the soldering wire by a pressurized saw-toothed wheel being integrated with the actuator so that scattering of solder balls caused by a flux charged in the wire in a soldering process is prevented. The finely adjusting member adjusts the pressurized saw-toothed wheel so that the wire is excessively engaged with the saw-toothed wheel.
