PURPOSE: A non-metal sludge collecting apparatus is provided to prevent the waste of power by separately operating each water path according to the amount of treating water introduced into a settling bath. CONSTITUTION: A non-metal sludge collecting apparatus(100) includes a first scum skimmer(10) and a second scum skimmer(20). Both end parts of the first scum skimmer are rotatably mounted at both sidewalls of a settling bath(1) between water gates(6) and sludge discharging baths(2). The second scum skimmer is arranged at the downstream of the settling bath, and both end parts of the second scum skimmer are rotatably mounted at both sidewalls of the settling bath. Two water paths are arranged in the settling bath. Caterpillary moving parts(30) are arranged in the water paths. Scum reverse guiding parts(40) are arranged on the water surfaces of the sludge discharging baths.
