<p>A drain pan unit (12) for receiving drain water is removably provided to a cabinet (3). A latch section (30) for preventing the drain pan unit (12) from becoming detached from the cabinet (3) is provided at the intermediate portion of the cabinet (3) in the left-right direction. A catch section (31) with which the latch section (30) engages is provided to the drain pan unit (12). When the drain pan unit (12) moves in the direction other than the direction in which the drain pan unit (12) is removed, the catch section (31) makes contact with the latch section (30) and is engaged by the latch section (30). The configuration provides an air conditioner configured in such a manner that, even if external force is applied to the drain pan unit, the intermediate portion of the drain pan unit in the left-right direction does not become detached from the cabinet.</p> |
