<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently using resources of a virtual environment (virtual server) and of using more virtual servers. <P>SOLUTION: This system 1 comprises such functions as: a collection function 17 collecting a resource utilization status of a virtual server 4 in a virtualized environment 3; an update function 15 updating a resource reservation status; a registration function 10 confirming the resource reservation status and registering information about configuration change; and a scheduling function 19 performing scheduling and execution of the configuration change. The update function 15 predicts an amount of available resources in the virtualized environment 3 using past activity ratio of the resources in the virtualized environment 3 and the resource reservation status of the virtual server 4, and updates the resource reservation status by registering information including the prediction value.
