<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hydrogen pulverized powder of a raw material alloy for a rare-earth magnet, which can adjust oxygen content of the hydrogen pulverized powder, and also can recover the hydrogen pulverized powder after the low oxygen powder to be hydrogen pulverized of which the oxygen content has been adjusted and a normal oxygen powder to be hydrogen pulverized have been subjected to hydrogen pulverization, can add a lubricant to the hydrogen pulverized powder and can mix the hydrogen pulverized powder and the lubricant, in a common container; and to provide a manufacturing apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: reducing a pressure in a recovery chamber; subsequently discharging the hydrogen pulverized powder in a treatment container into the recovery chamber; after discharging the hydrogen pulverized powder into the recovery chamber, introducing an inert gas and/or an oxygen-containing gas into the recovery chamber, and setting the inside of the recovery chamber to a predetermined pressure and a predetermined oxygen concentration; subsequently recovering the hydrogen pulverized powder in the recovery container; adding the lubricant to the hydrogen pulverized powder in the recovery container; and then mixing the hydrogen pulverized powder and the lubricant while cooling the recovery container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
