<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient assembly work of a rotary device while achieving precise concentricity between a rotor and a stator. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 100 includes a bearing support member 140 supporting a bearing 213 rotatably supporting an input shaft 211 of a speed reducer 200 and providing preload to the bearing 213, and a stator 113 is provided at the bearing support member 140. The input shaft 211 of the speed reducer 200 and a rotation shaft 101 of the motor 100 are integrally and coaxially formed.
